RUN, WALK!
STRAVA: You must be a member of the LAFR Strava group to be included in the standings. Strava automatically compiles weekly total mile standings that include run, walk and hike activities. If you are not a member of the Strava LAFR group, just request through the app, and if you're not on Strava and wish to join, please note you do NOT need the paid version to participate - the free version is enough to be part of the LAFR group and to be included in the stats.

Strava's week runs from Monday to Sunday so the dates for the May challenge are Monday, June1 - Sunday, June 29.​​​​
